Prepare for 2013.. !!! Earth may stand still...

Just recently, I was laughing watching 2012 movie and was so sure that it would not happen this soon. After all, similar warnings were made over the Y2K bug, the massive worldwide computer glitch, that seemed to be overblown. But just yesterday, I happened to watch this telecasted on television and I realize there might be a serious threat.

In 2013, the earth will be attacked from space, with one possible outcome being mind-bogglingly severe disruption to our tech-centric way of life.

"The sun is waking up from a deep slumber, and in the next few years, we expect to see much higher levels of solar activity," says Richard Fisher, head of NASA's Heliophysics Division. "At the same time, our technological society has developed an unprecedented sensitivity to solar storms."

Solar flares are explosion on the surface of the sun which is caused by the release of the magnetic energy that has built-up in the sun's atmosphere. The coronal mass ejection could release large amounts of matter, intense magnetic fields and other radiations into space which may trigger global chaos by causing blackouts and wrecking satellite communications.

Such kind of explosion was last seen in 1859 which did have lot of effects on the Earth. The explosion might be less harmful if it is not directly radiated to the Earth. In pre-electronic and barely electrical 1859, a "perfect space storm" shorted out telegraph lines in the US and Europe, causing numerous fires. It also made the Northern Lights visible as far south as Rome, Havana and Hawaii, according to NASA — contemporary accounts relate how a group of campers in the Rocky Mountains were awakened by an "auroral light, so bright that one could easily read common print. Some of the party insisted that it was daylight and began the preparation of breakfast."

The earth has been battered by solar storms before, but never has civilization been so vulnerable, since it's now so dependent upon both electrical and electronic infrastructure.

So, lets wait and watch !!!

Who says we can't host CWG???

If you want to kill a tree, don’t cut it, just curse it! The same seems to be happening with CWG.

Friends, successful completion of CWG is a must for INDIA’s image….there has been so much negative publicity about it….let’s support the games now, and for sure it doesn’t mean that we support the corruption involved with it!!!!
